After a stellar 2024, HOKA isn’t slowing down in 2025 one bit. For one of their boldest releases thus far, HOKA has stealthfully released a unique design that will have you doing a double take. Made to be a techy user-friendly shoe, the latest release by the athletic brand is unlike what you will usually find from them. Available in three colorways, the new release is ideal for those who seek a more contemporary design without losing all of the practical features they love from HOKA. Constructed to be a chunkier sneaker, this new sneaker marks a new direction for the brand in the new year.

Introducing HOKA’s Project Transport

Loosely based on the Transport silhouette, HOKA’s new Project Transport is a clean and simple design made for minimalist fans. Crafted with a sleek shrouded ripstop upper with synthetic leather overlays, the Project Transport is a no-fuss sneaker with plenty of style. A textured TPU film on the toebox, midfoot, and heel with reflective accents gives the shoe a futuristic touch that adds to the overall look. The Vibram Ecostep adds maximum traction year-round for any terrain you journey through. The three colorways: black, grey, and green, allow users to opt for the best hue for their wardrobe. Whether you seek a sleek minimalist or a more statement green, the Project Transport is a simple shoe with a clean silhouette you’ll seldom find from HOKA again. Those looking to add the new design to their wardrobe can purchase it via the HOKA website for $160.

Although Saucony has recently released its premium footwear line, that doesn’t mean the brand has lost touch with one of its favorite retailers. To celebrate the release of a new Triumph design, Saucony has partnered with Nordstrom for an exclusive sneaker that embodies the brand’s chic, modern, and classic style. Created by New York creator Alex Dymond, this new iteration stays true to the Triumph look while adding a few details that help it stand out from the rest. Along with a 30-second video, the new release introduces a global campaign that celebrates running together and the community the sport fosters. Under the name “Run As One,” the brand looks to establish itself as more than an athletic brand, but also as a point of connection for people to come together.

While it seems that most shoes are getting slimmer and narrower, the same isn’t the case with Hoka. Known for their chunky performance sneakers, the brand has made waves with their oversized sneaker silhouettes that demand attention. In their latest release, the athletic brand continues down its path with a new Clifton model that's even more chunky than before. One of their most popular models, the Clifton, made its first impression on shoppers in 2014 and has continued to impress over the past decade. With this new release, the Clifton 10 offers upgraded features and a more maximalist silhouette. While far from the typical look of other sneakers, such as the adidas Samba, the new Clifton 10 has everything a runner needs.

Honing in on that style, KENZO has teamed up with Converse for the first time, in a partnership that blends two historic projects. In this design, NIGO takes on the Chuck 70, one of the designer’s personal favorites, for a contemporary remix that includes three new shoes.
